Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order all requests for cancellations must be received within 24 hours of your initial order. If the order has not been started, we will give a full refund. Please understand that all items are CUSTOM and HANDMADE so it takes time to make your items.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have a 3-day window from when your order arrives to contact us regarding your order.
If you do not contact us, the replacement will be non valid

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
